Retuns and Refunds

At Arossence.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tea, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your tea must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Initiation of Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at care@arossence.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your tea. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned tea. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your tea for a different flavor or product, please contact our customer care team at care@arossence.com to arrange for an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive damaged or defective tea, please contact us immediately at care@arossence.com with photos of the damaged or defective tea. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tea packages.
