Arossence Mountain Blend, inspired by traditional Himalayan tea rituals and culture and formulated especially for milk tea lovers for the first time, is a unique combination of 7 Mystic Mountain herbs and spices that were finely selected and grown in different geographical parts of Nepal.

Mountain blends have a distinct morphology that contains essential oils from the blossoms, stems, and leaves, defining their unique taste, flavor, and aroma, along with other quality characteristics. All herbs are organically cultivated above 1000 m elevation, giving them higher potency and calibre. METHODS TO BREW MOUNTAIN BLEND

  1. For a more intense flavor and taste, we suggest that you prepare it with the traditional brewing method: Put 1-2 teaspoons of mountain blend in a small cooking pot and boil it for approximately 5 minutes. Add milk if you love masala chiya (optional). Let it rest for 3 minutes before you strain and add sweetener according to your taste (a teaspoon of honey, 3-4 stevia leaves, or a slice of lemon to enhance the taste) before you serve.
  2. In the case of teapot brew, infuse 2 teaspoons of tisane in 250 ml of boiling water between 190 °F and 205 °F. steep for 5-7 minutes, add sweetener to taste, strain, and serve.
  3. In the case of cold brew, use the same ratio in room-temperature water and let it infuse for 4–12 hours.
