BREWING METHODS
- French press
- Teapots or
- Reusable ball chain strainer
METHODS TO BREW CALMING BLEND
- Take 1-2 teaspoons of the calming blend in a teapot, French press or reusable strainer
- In the case of hot brew, infuse tisane in 250 ml of boiling water between 190 and 205 °F.
- Steep for about 3–5 minutes.
- If water gets hotter than that or the brew time is extended, it interrupts the infusion and gives a bitter result.
- Depress the French press, or remove the strainer or infuser.
- In the case of cold brew, use the same ratio in room-temperature water and let it infuse for 4–12 hours.
