Mint

“Mint (Mentha spicata) is an herbaceous perennial plant that generally grows to 10-60 cm. They are found around the world and have 15-20 plant species. It contains Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Fiber, trace amount of Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Iron.

It can be a replacement for salty, sugary, or calorific flavoring. Mint ointments or supplements provide most of their benefits.
